A Lifelong Passion

At Emmie P’s Bistro and Bakery, our Mission is to bring quality and well-cooked cuisine back into the lives of our friends and family. We take joy in bringing people together over a meal cooked with love! We are passionate about great food, so we ditched the grease, left the frying to the other guys, and focused our menu on hearty, family-friendly meals we take pride in making ourselves.

Cooking is something my family and I have always loved to do together. In 2018 we began dreaming of opening a family restaurant and decided to name it after our eldest daughter. She currently enjoys socializing more than cooking, but our eldest son loves to be in the kitchen whipping up creations for our friends, family, and our youngest three children. Look for some of his signature sauces on our menu!

My wife, Hiliary, and I began catering in 2020, and since then, we have been in prayer, trusting our God and His timing for the opportunity to do more within our community. When this downtown building became available in early 2024, we decided to take a leap of faith and get Emmie P’s doors open to the community! Part of our prayer for Emmie P’s is we will see the downtown region of Texarkana continue to grow as new businesses come in. We love downtown life and always visit the downtown areas when we travel to new locations!

We officially opened our doors at 112 Pine Street on June 3, 2024 and have been deeply moved by the amount of love and support from our community!

Currently, our kitchen serves Monday through Friday with breakfast from 6 AM - 11 AM and lunch from 11 AM - 2 PM and Saturday from 9AM - 2 PM. Our guests can dine upstairs or downstairs and can always order something for pick-up. If ordering to-go, you have the option to pick up inside or use our drive-thru window! 

Our upstairs room is also available to book for parties and events!

For convenience, our guests can also pick up refrigerated or frozen family meals and sides anytime between 6 AM and 2 PM, Monday - Friday, and 9AM - 2PM on Saturday. The refrigerated options are perfect for a quick and easy warm-up, or you can grab items from our frozen section if you're not quite ready to eat!
